Dear guests, you can reserve your individual parking space by telephone or online. We are also happy to accept reservations at short notice, provided we have free parking spaces. Simply give us a call on +49 (0)6102 883 83 66 . If you make a reservation, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by email.
Do I have to pay (transfer) when I make the reservation?
Withus you have the possibility to pay cash and card payment such as EC or credit cards on site. (You will of course also receive a confirmation for this)
Do I have to enter my credit card number or bank details when making a reservation?
No, we only need your name, flight number and other non-critical data for processing.
How can I cancel a reservation?
Of course you can cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours. (except for preferential rates) see terms and conditions.
How to get to Frankfurt Airport
We offer you our 24h free, comfortable shuttle service to Frankfurt Airport.
How long does it take to get from the parking lot to the airport?
Our two parking lots are located in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport – the drive to Frankfurt Airport takes about 12 minutes.
How long before our flight should we be at the parking lot?
To make your transfer as relaxed as possible, we advise you to arrive at our office around 2 ½ hours before your departure time.
Handling at the parking lot?
You arrive punctually at our car park. The driver will meet you personally at the time you specify. You park your car and we help you to reload it. After brief formalities, you will be driven to the departure terminal at Frankfurt Airport as quickly as possible.
Is the bus also waiting for other customers?
If several customers arrive at the parking lot at the same time, they will be taken to the airport together to save time. It goes without saying that the correct terminal for each guest is also taken into account.
What happens if you can’t make it to us in time?

How securely is your vehicle parked with us?
Security is paramount, the monitored and fenced area is also monitored 24 hours a day, including by video surveillance systems.
Do we have to leave the car keys with you?
If you wish, you can store your keys in our safe. If you make use of our additional services, such as car care or refueling, we will need your car key while you are away. Your vehicle will of course only be moved for the journeys necessary to provide our service.
How will we be picked up on the return flight?
When you have received your luggage after landing, call us on the service number provided. We will then pick you up at the terminal you have named and take you quickly and safely to your vehicle.
Do you also offer permanent parking spaces?
It is also possible to rent parking spaces for longer periods. Please contact us and we will make you an offer tailored to your needs.
